We aim to process and make your orders as quickly as possible, each personalised item is individually made, please allow 2- 3 working days for dispatch.

Please note current dispatch time for candle orders is 10-14 working days.

At busy times such as the Christmas period etc dispatch times may be longer.

Order are processed and dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Once your item has been dispatched and is with Royal Mail we trust that they will deliver your order withing their specified guidelines for the postage used. We send all orders Royal Mail signed for, during busy periods sadly Royal Mail cannot guarantee that they will meet this guideline, sadly this is outside of our control

Royal Mail ask us to allow them 15 days from posting before we can file a report for missing/lost items. If after this time your item has not arrived with you please contact us and we will be happy to try and resolve your issue.
